David Cameron has urged Christian leaders to help
their Muslim “brothers and sisters” in the fight against extremism following
the Brussels attac
ks.
The Prime Minister made the comments at an Easter reception
in Downing Street, saying he wanted to “fortify” people to help defeat
extremist attitudes and actions. “This is the great fight that we have to
join,” Mr Cameron said. “Our brothers and sisters who are Muslims, they want our
assistance. We should be reaching out and wanting to help them battle against
extremism.
